We have been using IMEX Global Solutions since the conversion from Pitney Bowes and have worked with them for more than ten years. I am very satisfied with their Canadian and International mail handling and delivery. The copies are received and processed very quickly at their Elk Grove Village, IL facility. My measurement of their timely service is that I receive very few (less than 0.1 %) complaints of international non-delivery. Their billing statements provide accurate reconciliation and are perfect verification for my BPA audits.
