Thailand Post advises that the government has begun lifting restrictions due to COVID-19 and the situation is gradually returning to normal. Thailand Post is now able to send mail to many destinations but delays are to be expected. The post is accepting inbound mail as usual and making deliveries in compliance with government-mandated measures to prevent spread of the coronavirus. However, impacts to transit services remain. Spain's post advises that until sufficient transport capacity becomes available, it is unable to accept letters, parcels and express mail service items destined for all countries. This continues to have a major impact on operations and the post remains unable to guarantee quality of service for all types of inbound and outbound mail. The previously declared force majeure remains in place until further notice. However, the post is able to resume sending mail to a number of destinations, including the United States. Read More >
Nepal Post advises that the government has extended a partial nationwide lockdown, including suspension of incoming international flights, until July 22. As previously announced, some domestic postal services resumed June 15.
