We have been a customer of IMEX for 10+ years. The service received has been really good. Any issues that have arisen were resolved quickly & efficiently. We had one particular recipient that continued to complain of non-delivery. IMEX decided to send that person’s next package with a traceable service. Once it was received & signed for we notified the individual & they claimed they still never received the item. We gave them the name on the signature & then the package was retrieved. After that, we did not hear of non-delivery from that recipient again. If our customers are happy, then we are happy.
