There are a few aspects about IMEX that I really appreciate. I feel that IMEX offers secure options for international shipping that would not normal be available to a smaller business such as ourselves! Though it felt like a big project at first, switching our international shipping to IMEX turned out to be nearly seamless. Our account manager keeps us informed and organized, and so far its been nothing but smooth sailing with IMEX.

We have been using IMEX Global Solutions since the conversion from Pitney Bowes and have worked with them for more than ten years. I am very satisfied with their Canadian and International mail handling and delivery. The copies are received and processed very quickly at their Elk Grove Village, IL facility. My measurement of their timely service is that I receive very few (less than 0.1 %) complaints of international non-delivery. Their billing statements provide accurate reconciliation and are perfect verification for my BPA audits.
